Panic Button helped update original Switch games for Switch 2
Panic Button, the studio known for their video game ports, has revealed that they worked with Nintendo to bring multiple Switch 1 games to the Switch 2. Panic Button announced its hand in delivering Switch 2 games in a post on X. In it, they say that Nintendo handpicked them to bring beloved Switch games to the new console. Panic Button also confirmed the list of games that it had a hand in porting to the Switch 2: New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, and Arms. All of the Switch 2 updates that Panic Button worked on were released as free updates for owners of the original games after updating to the Switch 2 console.
