Cecil Bond Jr., retired SEPTA assistant general manager and former bank executive, dies at 87
Cecil Walton Bond Jr., an Army veteran, Central Penn National Bank vice president, broadcast enterprises vice president and retired SEPTA assistant general manager, died Oct. 9. He was 87.
