Heavy rains lash parts of Delhi, chokes traffic
Social media was flooded with reports of traffic snarls, particularly near Tikona Park close to Jamia Millia Islamia, and a 25-minute jam on the flyover near the Radisson Hotel on NH-48, affecting commuters travelling from Delhi to Gurugram.
