**Where to Find Ginger in the Monastery – Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC)**
During the Maddening Pain side quest in the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll need to track down some ginger for an important concoction. Typically, ingredients like ginger can be purchased, but with no shops available inside the monastery, you’ll need to get a little creative to find what you need.
—
**Where to Look for Ginger**
Fortunately, you won’t have to go too far. There’s an ample supply of ginger located in the monastery itself. Head to the infirmary, and look for the alchemy room at the back. Just to the right of the door to the alchemy room, you’ll spot a cabinet.
Open the cabinet and you’ll discover plenty of supplies inside, including charcoal and various dried herbs. Most importantly, there’s ginger among the ingredients, ready to be used.
—
**Making the Potion for Maddie**
Once you’ve retrieved the ginger, you can use it to create the necessary potion for Maddie as part of the Maddening Pain quest. Be sure to complete this before wrapping up the Anamnesis quest. If you finish Anamnesis first, you’ll lose the opportunity to finish Maddening Pain altogether.
—
**Quick Recap**
– Go to the monastery infirmary.
– Find the alchemy room at the back.
– Open the cabinet to the right of the alchemy room door.
– Collect the ginger.
– Brew the potion before completing Anamnesis!
With this step-by-step guide, you’ll have everything you need to help Maddie and successfully complete the Maddening Pain side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Good luck!
