UAAP: NU routs UE to open Season 88 campaign

MANILA, Philippines – National University opened the third quarter strong and eventually put away University of the East, 72-57, on Sunday. This victory marked a winning start to their UAAP Season 88 men’s basketball campaign at the University of Santo Tomas Quadricentennial Pavilion.

The Bulldogs extended their lead after the break with an 11-point run, with Jake Figueroa contributing significantly to the surge.
