UAAP: Ateneo stuns FEU with OT comeback in Season 88 opener
MANILA, Philippines – Jared Bahay and debuting Kymani Ladi led a stirring comeback from six points down in overtime as Ateneo defeated Far Eastern University, 86-83, to open the UAAP Season 88 men’s basketball tournament on Saturday at the University of Santo Tomas Quadricentennial Pavilion.
Bahay knocked down two crucial triples, while Ladi, a one-and-done recruit, scored the go-ahead basket, sealing the victory for Ateneo in an electrifying opener.
