BMW accident: Delhi court says CCTV footage cannot be shared with accused
The judicial magistrate was hearing a plea filed by the 38-year-old accused, who was allegedly driving the BMW that rammed into the two-wheeler of a senior finance ministry official in Dhaula Kuan, leaving him dead and his wife grievously injured.
