As of writing, there’s no known way to turn off the autosave feature. It comes enabled by default, much like previous games in the series. However, you don’t get the chance to disable the feature in Legends Z-A. It will always remain active on its own, saving your in-game progression after regular intervals. In fact, it was the popular choice for me and many in the community. Unlike auto saves, manual saves can be created at any given moment (except when you’re in the middle of a battle). As long as you can pause the game, you should be able to create a manual save. To create a manual save, press the X button on your Switch/Switch 2. Then press the R button to save your progress manually. You can then quit the game or close the menu to continue your journey. Like our content?
