Syria, Israel Near ‘De-escalation’ Pact, US Envoy Says
Syria and Israel are in talks to reach an agreement that Damascus hopes will secure a halt to Israeli airstrikes and the withdrawal of Israeli troops who have pushed into southern Syria.
