NCAA: Stags gain needed experience in 2OT win

MANILA, Philippines — San Sebastian’s rough start hasn’t dampened rookie coach Rob Labagala’s positive outlook three games into their NCAA Season 101 men’s basketball campaign.

The Stags on Friday finally entered the win column after outlasting Lyceum in double overtime, 100-94. It was a hard-fought victory that had Labagala struggling to contain his excitement.
