T-Mobile has announced a significant leadership change, appointing its current Chief Operating Officer (COO), Srini Gopalan, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This transition will take effect from November 1, 2025. Gopalan will succeed Mike Sievert, who has been at the helm since April 2020 and will now assume a vice chairman role within the company.

He further advanced his education by earning an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
