Man, woman found fatally shot in Armour Square: police
Two people were found fatally shot inside a vehicle Friday night in the Armour Square neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side, according to police.
Authorities discovered a man and a woman of unknown ages inside the vehicle, each with a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the 300 block of West 31st Street just after 7 p.m.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Police also recovered a firearm at the location.
An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday as Wentworth area detectives continue their homicide investigation.
As of Friday evening, no one was in custody in connection with the case.
