Las Vegas Aces sweep Phoenix Mercury for 3rd WNBA title in 4 years
PHOENIX — A’ja Wilson scored 31 points, while Chelsea Gray and Jackie Young each added 18, as the Las Vegas Aces claimed their third WNBA championship in four seasons.
The Aces defeated the Phoenix Mercury 97-86 on Friday night, completing a dominant four-game sweep of the Finals.
Las Vegas made quick work of the league’s first best-of-seven Finals series, showcasing their dominance throughout the postseason.
