Joe Scarborough: Wrong to Call ‘No Kings’ Rallies Anti-American Despite Years of Attacking ‘Trumpers’
MSNBC political talk show host Joe Scarborough defended this coming weekend’s ‘No Kings’ rallies on Thursday. He argued that it’s wrong to label the protests as ‘Hate America rallies’ simply because participants disagree with President Donald Trump.
However, Scarborough’s stance appears inconsistent. When criticism was directed at MAGA, he was one of the leading voices condemning those protests. Check out this video receipt. (WATCH)
It’s true that there will be many misled aging ex-hippies at the upcoming protests. Over the years, Scarborough has pushed numerous narratives—from Russian collusion to questioning Joe Biden’s health—that many consider hoaxes or blatant lies. (WATCH) At this point, their credibility seems indistinguishable.
Scarborough also promoted the false claim that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian misinformation. (WATCH) Yet, this was considered entirely (D)ifferent from the current Republican criticisms aimed at the ‘No Kings’ protesters.
One could argue that Scarborough essentially gave us a preview of what to expect at the ‘No Kings’ rallies years ago. (WATCH) For some, lying has become a routine tactic, with each day offering a fresh opportunity to attack Trump and MAGA—without concern for past statements or inconsistencies.
Stay tuned as this political drama continues to unfold.
