Disney Dreamlight Valley reveals new details for Wishblossom Ranch and what’s next

Earlier this year, Gameloft teased the next big expansion for the cozy town-builder **Disney Dreamlight Valley**. The first teaser for *Wishblossom Ranch* hinted at exciting new features, including rideable mounts.

On Wednesday, the **Disney Dreamlight Valley 2025 Showcase Stream** revealed more details about this upcoming expansion, providing a clearer idea of what to expect and who players will be able to meet.

### Rideable Horses Join the Valley

As teased earlier, *Disney Dreamlight Valley: Wishblossom Ranch* introduces horses as new companions. Players can befriend these horses just like other Valley residents. Beyond serving as an alternative way to get around, horses can assist with gardening, mining, and cleaning.

To unlock their full potential, players will need to deepen their bond with these furry friends through regular feedings, brushings, and plenty of petting.

The expansion will feature three horses:
– **Khan** from *Mulan*
– **Pegasus** from *Hercules*
– **Maximus** from *Tangled*

Additionally, a fourth mount, **Sven** from Disney’s *Frozen*, will be available with the Deluxe Edition. Gameloft has also hinted that more mounts will be added in the future.

### Exploring New Areas and Meeting Classic Characters

*Wishblossom Ranch*’s storyline will take players across new regions including the **Wishing Alps**, **Glamor Gulch**, and **Pixie Acres**. Along their journey, players will encounter beloved characters like **Snow White**, **Tinker Bell**, **Tigger**, and **Cruella De Vil**.

The expansion will also introduce new animal companions and fresh crafting options, adding more depth and variety to the gameplay experience.

### Free Winter Ball Event for All Players

Alongside the expansion, Gameloft announced a free content update for all existing *Disney Dreamlight Valley* players.

The **Winter Ball** event will kick off in November, featuring characters from Disney’s *Cinderella*, new pumpkin crops, and an exciting **Dream Team** feature that lets players collaborate with fellow Dreamlight Valley residents.

Both **Cinderella** and the **Fairy Godmother** will arrive in the Valley with their own friendship and storyline quests. The Winter Ball update will be available to all players on **Wednesday, December 10**, at no additional cost.

### Looking Ahead: 2026 Roadmap

The development team also unveiled a roadmap for 2026 highlights:

– **Early 2026:** Scenes inspired by *Lady and the Tramp*
– **Spring:** Content themed around *Pocahontas*
– **Summer:** Adventures in the Greek pantheon and the world of *Hercules*

With exciting new mounts, characters, and storylines, *Disney Dreamlight Valley* fans have plenty to look forward to in the coming year!
