CMIC lifts suspension on Globalinks
MANILA, Philippines – Broker-dealer Globalinks Securities and Stocks Inc. may now resume operations after securing enough capital to continue its business.
This development comes as the market regulation arm of the Philippine Stock Exchange has lifted Globalinks’ involuntary suspension.
In a memorandum issued on Tuesday, the Capital Markets Integrity Corp. (CMIC) confirmed it had received documents from Globalinks. These documents provided proof of the company’s compliance and readiness to operate.
