BIZ BUZZ: DBM launches good governance course

It’s an idea whose time should have come long ago. But better late than never, as they say.

Kudos to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) for debuting a course on good governance last September 24 in Dipolog City. This event marked the start of the second phase of the Public Financial Management Competency Program.
