
ALLHC expands Cavite, Batangas industrial parks
MANILA, Philippines — AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is set to expand its industrial parks in Cavite and Batangas, responding to the growing interest from various industries investing in Southern Luzon.
The company, which operates industrial parks and logistics facilities under Ayala Land Inc., announced on Thursday that it will construct a 20.2-hectare Phase 2B expansion for the Cavite Technopark located in Naic.
This development highlights the increasing demand for industrial space in the region as Southern Luzon continues to attract diverse investment opportunities.
