Federal judge blocks Sen. Mark Kelly’s demotion
A federal judge has blocked the Pentagon from downgrading the military retirement rank and pay of Senator Mark Kelly.
The proposed action came in response to a video Kelly and five other Democrats recorded last year. In the video, they reminded service members that they have the right to refuse to follow illegal orders.
