Housemarque’s Saros launches for PS5 in March 2026
Today’s PlayStation State of Play opened with our first look at gameplay in *Saros*, the upcoming game from Returnal developer Housemarque. The trailer showcased intense combat, a unique revival mechanic, and revealed that *Saros* will launch on PS5 on March 20, 2026.
The new trailer offered both story and gameplay footage of this sci-fi adventure, starring Rahul Kohli as the protagonist. Similar to *Returnal*, the game centers on a character isolated and fighting against aliens on a foreign planet.
However, *Saros* introduces a fresh mechanic that allows players to revive themselves when they fall in battle, adding an exciting twist to the gameplay experience. Fans of Housemarque’s work have plenty to look forward to with this upcoming title.
