Anderson’s season continues after wild bi-district win over Friendswood

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Anderson stopped Friendswood on a 2-point conversion with just 17 seconds left to secure a thrilling 35-34 victory in a 5A-Division I bi-district playoff game Saturday at House Park.
The Trojans, who are co-champions of District 12-5A1 alongside A&M Consolidated, put on a strong performance against their rivals to advance in the playoffs.
