A memorial service for Billy Strong, 67, of Marshall, Texas, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025. The service will take place at Cypress Valley Bible Church in Marshall.
Mr. Strong passed away on November 11, 2025, at his home in Marshall, Texas.
Arrangements are being handled by Downs Funeral Home.
