Asian markets mixed as traders take stock after Fed-fueled rally
HONG KONG, China – Asian markets fluctuated between gains and losses Monday as investors took a step back after last week’s rally fueled by the Federal Reserve’s interest rate cut.
Tokyo led the winners after Japan’s central bank announced it would gradually sell off its huge stock of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), a move that had earlier sparked a sell-off.
