English golfer Charley Hull is currently enjoying a well-deserved break from the LPGA Tour, spending quality time back home. On Tuesday, October 28, Hull played a lighthearted prank on her fans by posting a dark-haired selfie on her Instagram story. The unexpected change sparked a flurry of messages from followers curious about her new look.
In response, Hull quickly cleared up the joke by sharing a mirror selfie that revealed her natural blonde hair. Wearing a light-blue top paired with denim bottoms and carrying her blue purse, she captioned the story: “Only joking still blonde 🤣.”
Recent Performances on the LPGA Tour
Hull last competed at the Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown, where her team, Team World, finished in third place. The tournament concluded with Australia taking home the title after defeating Team World in the semifinals, winning two out of the three matches, including one singles and the doubles match.
Prior to that, Hull’s most recent individual appearance was at the LOTTE Championship. She finished in a seven-way tie for 14th place with a final score of 10-under par, showcasing strong form ahead of her current break.

In a candid conversation with Golfweek during a recent trip to South Korea, Hull revealed a personal story about her father’s reaction to cosmetic procedures she had undergone when she was younger. While exploring skincare and beauty products during her outing, Hull shared insights into her skincare routine and the reasons behind a challenging period in her relationship with her dad.
“My dad hates filler and everything,” Hull confessed. “When I was younger, I was never ever allowed to get my lips done and about five years ago, I went out and got my lips done. I had filler in my lips, and my dad absolutely killed me. He didn’t speak to me for ages, and then, like, three years ago, I got them dissolved and I said, I’m never going to get my lips again.”
Skincare Routine Rooted in Family Influence
Hull also discussed how her Polish mother influenced her approach to skincare from a young age. Rarely wearing makeup, she was taught the importance of maintaining natural, healthy skin. Her current skincare regimen includes laser peels to help rejuvenate her skin and address sun damage.
To maintain healthy skin, Hull avoids alcohol, citing its role in causing skin inflammation. Earlier this year, she made a public commitment to quit smoking, motivated by a £10,000 bet with a friend.
As she continues to enjoy her time off the tour, Hull is clearly focusing on self-care and wellness – priorities that will serve her well when she returns to competitive golf.
