サッポロホールディングス（HD）が、不動産事業の売却に向けて米投資ファンドのコールバーグ・クラビス・ロバーツ（KKR）などの企業連合と優先交渉に入ることが、15日に分かりました。
売却額は4,000億円から5,000億円程度と見込まれており、中でも注目されているのが「恵比寿ガーデンプレイス」の売却です。
