大阪・関西万博は、チケットや入場・来館日時のオンライン予約を通じて「並ばない万博」を掲げました。しかし実際には、ゲート前や会場内で長い列ができるなど、スムーズな入場にはまだ課題が残っています。
半年間の開催を経て、来場者数は約2,500万人にのぼりましたが、予約システムの利用や当日の混雑緩和には一部で苦労が見られました。
