PVL: Choco Mucho’s Tia Andaya debut also held back amid ITC issue
RODRIGUEZ, Rizal — Tia Andaya’s PVL debut has been postponed to a later date as she, along with other Filipino-foreign players, await the release of their International Transfer Certificates (ITCs).
These documents are necessary for them to participate in the Reinforced Conference without any issues. Similar to the imports who were also set to showcase their talents in Tuesday’s opening doubleheader at Ynares Center Montalban, the Filipino-foreign players must secure their ITCs before taking the court.
The delay ensures compliance with league regulations and smooth participation once the certificates are released. Fans and teams alike remain eager to see these players make their mark in the competition.
