**Hamas Begins Gathering Hostage Remains, Confirms Decision to Gradually Disarm**
Hamas has started the process of collecting the remains of hostages, confirming reports that the organization has decided to gradually disarm.
According to sources, Hamas has also requested, through Egyptian mediators, that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) cease airstrikes in the Gaza Strip to allow the group to complete this task without interruption.
