Assam CM seeks Singapore’s help in Zubeen Garg’s death case
The Assam government has formally requested the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to invoke the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) with Singapore.
This request pertains to the recent death of singer Zubeen Garg, who was 52 years old.
The invocation of the MLAT is aimed at facilitating a thorough investigation and ensuring cooperation between the two countries in this matter.
