**Did the FBI Spy on Charlie Kirk? Allegations and Investigation Surrounding the Conservative Podcaster’s Death**

Joe Biden appeared to be on a secret spy mission while in the White House, and one of its targets may have been conservative podcaster Charlie Kirk, RadarOnline.com can reveal. Kirk, who was tragically shot and killed while hosting an event in Utah, was reportedly among over 90 Republicans allegedly surveilled by the FBI during Biden’s administration.
### Allegations of FBI Surveillance on GOP Figures
During an annual FBI oversight hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley claimed that an informant revealed the agency’s “Operation Arctic Frost” was not only used to dig up information on Biden’s rival, then-President Donald Trump, but also to monitor vocal groups and individuals connected to the GOP—including Charlie Kirk and his organization, Turning Point USA.
Grassley stated, “It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.” He and Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson vowed to make the Arctic Frost files public, declaring that the operation, which began in April 2022 following the controversial 2020 presidential election, was a political witch hunt.
### The Death of Charlie Kirk and the Ongoing Investigation
Charlie Kirk, 31, was murdered on September 10 while attending an event on a college campus in Orem, Utah. Within two days, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson was arrested and charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice in connection to the shooting.
Robinson’s transgender partner, Lance Twiggs—who was reportedly cooperating with authorities—has since gone missing. Court documents reveal that Twiggs received chilling text messages from Robinson, including one that read, “Drop what you are doing, look under my keyboard.” There, Twiggs discovered a note stating, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.”
In subsequent messages, Robinson apologized and explained he would be “stuck in (Orem)” for a while longer as he scrambled to retrieve his weapon and flee the scene.
