農林水産省は10日、2025年産の主食用米の収穫量が、9月25日時点で747万7千トンに達するとの見通しを発表しました。これは前年から68万5千トンの増加で、約1割の伸びとなっています。
昨年のコメ不足を受けて、農家が作付面積を拡大したことが背景にあります。
