2025 Bank of Utah Championship prize money payout: How much will each golfer earn from the $6M purse?
The 2025 Bank of Utah Championship boasts a total purse of $6 million, with the winner set to receive an impressive $1.08 million. This fall season event is being held at the scenic Black Desert Golf Course in Ivins.
The tournament kicked off with its first round on Thursday. After three rounds, Michael Brennan is in strong contention for the title. Brennan carded an exceptional round of 64 on Saturday, maintaining his lead in the competition. He started the tournament with an opening round of 67 and followed up with a 65 on Friday, which helped him take—and keep—the lead heading into the final rounds. With his consistent performance, Brennan has a promising chance to claim the winner’s check at the 2025 Bank of Utah Championship.
Matt McCarty has also been showcasing impressive golf this week. After shooting a 64 on Saturday, he jumped four positions on the leaderboard to settle in solo second place at 15-under par.
The Bank of Utah Championship features a full-size field and has a cutline after 36 holes. Only players finishing under the cutline of 2-under advanced to the final two rounds over the weekend. Prize money will be distributed among the top 70 players.
The runner-up will receive $654,000, while the third-place finisher will earn $414,000.
