高知県職員の時間外労働（残業）に対する割増賃金率を、2026年度の1年間に限り現在の25％から50％に引き上げる条例が議会で可決され、成立しました。
県によると、残業賃金の割増率を条例で定めて引き上げるのは全国で初めての取り組みとなります。
対象となるのは、約3,400人の高知県職員です。時間単位で支払われる残業代の増額により、働き方の改善や職員の待遇向上が期待されています。
なお、詳細な内容や具体的な適用方法については、今後の運用で明らかになる予定です。
