米中西部イリノイ州の連邦地裁は9日、トランプ大統領が治安維持を名目に命じた同州最大都市シカゴへの州兵数百人の派遣を、少なくとも2週間にわたり差し止める決定を出しました。
今回の決定は、トランプ政権の要請に対して連邦地裁がその正当性を認めず、派遣を一時的に停止するものです。
