日本の会社「モンベル（mont-bell）」は1975年に設立されました。モンベルは、登山やキャンプなどのアウトドア用品や服を製造しています。

現在、福岡市の天神にあるモンベルの店舗が人気を集めています。しかし、その店舗の中には日本人ではなく、韓国人の若い人が非常に多く訪れています。

店舗のスタッフによると、2023年ごろから外国からのお客さんが増え始めたそうです。ソーシャルメディアで有名な方がモンベルの道具や服を身につけたことがきっかけで、人気が高まったとのことです。

服や道具を普段の生活や旅行で使いたいという人が多いようです。アウトドアに限らず、日常使いのファッションアイテムとしても注目されています。
