Rep. Garcia complains that legislature engages in too much “mental masturbation”

Today, I listened to the Medical Marijuana Committee interim legislative meeting. I have a few items to share with you later, as there are some rather surprising moments that readers should definitely hear about.

Not from today’s hearing, but during the meeting on October 22nd, State Representative Josephine Garcia, representing Watertown, apparently went on quite the rant. At one point, she made unexpected comments about masturbation—definitely not something you usually hear during a committee session.

On a lighter note, I did appreciate when she mentioned that she might not come back. Please?
