PSEi extends winning streak after Fed’s rate cut
MANILA, Philippines — The local stock barometer extended its winning streak to the third consecutive session on Thursday, following the US Federal Reserve’s decision to cut rates for the first time this year. This move served as another positive signal for markets across the globe.
By the closing bell, the benchmark Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) added 22.96 points to end the trading day on a high note.
