1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Sedan at No Reserve
This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 sedan has been continuously registered in California for over two decades and shows just 98,000 miles on the odometer. Powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six engine paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, this classic Mercedes is finished in striking Arctic White over gray leather upholstery.
Notable equipment includes a sliding steel sunroof, bright 15″ Alamak alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, power windows, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Kenwood stereo system. Additional exterior features comprise a power-telescoping antenna and a distinctive single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper.
The selling dealer acquired this E320 in 2025 and performed paint correction along with applying a ceramic coating to preserve the finish. While the car presents well, there are some paint blemishes on the bumper covers and minor touch-ups on the body. The 15″ Alamak wheels are mounted with Hankook Kinergy ST tires, and braking performance is enhanced by anti-lock discs on all four corners complemented by Automatic Slip Control (ASR).
Inside, the gray leather seats and rear bench are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpeting. Wood trim accents the dash, center stack, and doors, adding a touch of elegance. The power-adjustable front bucket seats offer comfort, although the passenger seat recline function works intermittently. In 2025, the blower motor and blower motor resistor were replaced to ensure climate control reliability.
The four-spoke airbag steering wheel shows some wear and frames classic VDO instrumentation, including a 160-mph speedometer, a 7,000-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer currently reads approximately 98,300 miles, with about 300 miles added by the current dealer.
Under the hood, the 3.2-liter M104 inline-six engine features a factory-installed microprocessor-controlled fuel injection system with a hot-film air-mass sensor (HFM). Originally rated at 220 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque, this engine delivers smooth and reliable power. Recent maintenance includes replacement of the wiring harness, motor mounts, and battery under previous ownership. In preparation for sale, the oil was changed, the air conditioning system recharged, and the transmission fluid was replaced in 2025.
This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 comes with the original manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report free of accidents or other reported damage, and a clean California title.
Offered at no reserve, this well-maintained E320 represents a compelling opportunity to own a classic example of Mercedes-Benz engineering and luxury.
