1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham 455
This 1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham is powered by a robust 455ci V8 engine paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The exterior features a classic dark red finish complemented by a matching burgundy fabric interior, creating a striking and cohesive look.
The car reportedly remained with its first owner in Michigan until 2022, when ownership changed and the vehicle was relocated to Texas. Later that same year, the seller acquired the Cutlass Supreme in Ohio. This well-preserved model includes a dark red vinyl Landau roof, limited-slip differential, front disc brakes, power steering, and 15” Super Stock III wheels.
Inside, the cabin is outfitted with a power-adjustable driver’s seat, electric windows, air conditioning, and a factory AM/FM radio. The seats are trimmed in burgundy fabric with a color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Red carpeting is protected by rubber floor mats, and the two-spoke steering wheel, fitted with a lace-up cover, frames a 100-mph speedometer alongside a fuel level gauge. An analog clock adds a classic touch.
The car was factory-finished in Mahogany (37) and includes gold pinstripes, Oldsmobile-branded mudguards, and color-keyed side mirrors. While various paint chips and some discoloration are noted on the front clip, the overall appearance remains impressive. The 15” Super Stock III replacement wheels are mounted with white-letter Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires, which have less than 1,000 miles of wear, according to the seller. A full-size spare tire is stored securely in the trunk.
Maintenance under current ownership includes replacement of the distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, and wires. The five-digit odometer shows 57,000 miles, with approximately 1,000 miles added by the seller. Areas of corrosion are visible on the underside, and detailed photos are provided in the gallery below.
This Cutlass Supreme is offered with manufacturer’s literature and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name, making it an excellent opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts seeking a classic American muscle car with authentic character and preserved originality.
